I have lived in and around Totteridge all my life and was a pupil at St Andrew’s School (class of 1977) where I enjoyed some of the happiest years of my life – the sun always seemed to shine! I joined as a school governor at the request of Rev Tim Seago and Jonathan Crawford as I have 20 years educational experience and am at present a Lecturer in HRM at Middlesex University. I am also a sit on the PCC at St Andrews Church and help to provide a link between the church and school.

I live in Totteridge with my wife and two children. Our son loves being a pupil at St Andrew's and we hope our daughter will follow her big brother when she starts school in 2017. I joined the School Governors in 2011, having served on the Parish Council of St Andrew's Church before then. I am Treasurer to the Governors and sit on the Resource Management Committee. I also administer the School's Stewardship Scheme which, with the support of pupils, parents, carers and the local community, raises much needed funds for the school and its facilities.

I am a mum of 2 junior pupils at St Andrew's and the school's inclusive and supportive community has become a central part of our family life over the past 6 years. I'm chair of the students' wellbeing committee, and hope to help develop the continuing high quality of care and education we've happily experienced at the school so far.

I have lived in the area all my life and attended St Andrew’s as a child, a very happy experience. I attend the Church and have served on the PCC for several terms as well as being a member of the Social Committee. My three children attended the school, an experience they thoroughly enjoyed. My husband was a member of the PTA for many years and I served as a Foundation PCC Governor. I was delighted to be appointed as a Diocesan Governor in 2019 and to continue my link with the school and its role within the community.

I have been a teacher at St Andrew’s since 2017 and a governor since 2019. I grew up in the local area and attended St Andrew’s as a child, where I had seven very happy years. My role on the Pupil Wellbeing committee allows me to contribute my experiences, perspectives and insights into governing body discussions and decision-making.
